How It Works

The Smart Funnel Behind Every Review Request.

Four screens. Each one designed to move the customer toward the right next step based on how they actually feel about the experience.

Step 1

The Star Rating

The customer lands on your branded review page. Your logo at the top. A clear question: "How was your experience?" Five stars. One tap is all it takes to start the funnel.

Step 2

The Review Coaching

Customers who tap 4 or 5 stars get a coaching screen first. The Prompt: Not sure what to write? Mention our business name, the city, and the service we performed on your vehicle.
Reviews that mention those three things rank your shop better and read more authentically.

Step 3

The Platform Chooser

Now they pick where to leave the review. Google. Facebook. Yelp. Carfax, Tripadvisor. BBB. Whatever platform they already have an account on, that is where they post. No friction. No login walls. No customers giving up because they don't have a Google account.

Negative Review?

The Private Feedback Capture

If the customer taps 1, 2, or 3 stars, they never see the public platforms. Instead they get a private form that emails directly to you. You get the chance to make it right before the complaint becomes a public review. That alone pays for the year of ReviewAide in one save.

While I have your attention, we would like to get your feedback on the work we did today. We have a 20 second review page and here is the link. In your review be sure to mention our business name, the city, and the service we performed on the car. Those are great reviews.

  • Multi-Location Support

Run ReviewAide across every shop you own. Each location gets its own set of review URLs. Customers pick their location before leaving the review.

  • Custom Messages

The review coaching text, the negative feedback message, and the example review are all editable. Speak in your shop's voice.

The Feature That Pays for Itself

Every Bad Review Is a Phone Call Away From Changing their Mind

Also, Every Bad Review Gets Logged...

When a 1, 2, or 3 star reviewer sends you private feedback, you don't just get an email. You get a complete record. Date, rating, location, full message, customer email, and IP address.

The IP address is the part most shop owners don't realize they need. Until they need it.

  • Verify the complaint is from a real customer IP geolocation tells you whether the person was actually anywhere near your shop when they submitted. Disgruntled competitors get caught immediately.
  • Reach out before it becomes a public review Customer email captured directly. You can call or email immediately and make it right. Most unhappy customers will not leave a public review if you respond fast.
  • Block bad actors at the source If the same IP keeps submitting nonsense, you have the address. Add it to your firewall. The problem stops.

Common Questions

Everything Shop Owners Ask About ReviewAide.

Why do I need Yelp or Facebook reviews? Aren't Google reviews enough?

Google reviews are important, but they're not the only reviews that matter. AI-powered search tools and recommendation engines look at multiple sources including Carfax, BBB, Facebook, Yelp, industry directories, and your website. Positive reviews across several platforms help build trust and give AI more confidence recommending your business to potential customers.

How does ReviewAide actually get me more reviews?

It removes the two biggest barriers between a happy customer and a posted review. First, the link looks legitimate so they actually tap it. Second, they get to pick whatever platform they already have an account on. Most customers don't have a Google account. But they probably have Facebook. Or CarFax. Or Yelp. Or BBB. Letting them pick is the difference between a review and silence.

What stops unhappy customers from just going straight to Google to leave a 1-star review?

Nothing stops a determined critic. But ReviewAide catches the customers who would have been content to vent privately if you had only asked. When the funnel detects a low rating, they get a feedback form instead of platform buttons. Most people will use that path because it feels heard. The save rate on this alone justifies the entire year of ReviewAide.

What if I have multiple shop locations?

ReviewAide is priced in tiers based on location count. Single Shop at $99/year covers 1 location. Growth at $199/year covers up to 3 locations. Anything beyond 10 locations falls into the Enterprise tier, which is priced based on the size of the ownership group or franchise. Each location gets its own set of review platform URLs and customers pick which location they are reviewing before they choose a platform. Every location still needs its own Google Business Profile, Yelp page, Facebook page, and so on.

How do I install it if I don't have web development experience?

The WordPress version is the easier option. If you have access to your WordPress admin, the install takes about five minutes. The 4-page setup PDF walks you through every screen. If you don't have access to your WordPress admin or you are not on WordPress, the HTML/PHP version is for your web developer. Send them the setup guide and they will know what to do.

What happens after I pay?

You get the plugin file or the HTML/PHP version, the 4-page setup PDF, and the review prompt playbook. If you have any setup issues, send a message and we will help you get it running.

Is this a recurring charge?

Yes. ReviewAide renews annually at your tier's price. $99/year for Single Shop, $199/year for Growth, custom pricing for Enterprise. The license keeps the plugin updated and supported. If you cancel, the plugin continues to function but will not receive updates.

Can I use this on a site that is not auto repair?

Yes. ReviewAide works for any local business that wants more reviews and fewer ugly tracking links. Restaurants, dentists, contractors, attorneys, salons. The funnel is the same regardless of industry. The review playbook examples are auto-repair-flavored but the principles work everywhere.

Is there a free trial?

No free trial. The live demo at gloveboxmarketing.com/reviews/ shows the entire funnel exactly as your customers will see it. Try it before you buy it. Starting at $99 a year there is not much risk left on the table.
