Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at gloveboxmarketing.com or engaging Glovebox Marketing for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our website or services.

Our Services

Glovebox Marketing provides local search engine optimisation (SEO) services exclusively for independent auto repair shops. Services may include but are not limited to:

• Google Business Profile optimisation
• Local citation building and management
• Google Maps ranking strategies
• Website SEO and content creation
• Hub and spoke content architecture
• City and service domain development
• Social signal creation
• Press release writing and distribution
• Review management strategy
• Monthly reporting and strategy calls

The specific scope of services for each client is outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal. These Terms of Service govern the general relationship between Glovebox Marketing and any client or site visitor.

No Guarantee of Results

Search engine optimisation involves factors outside our direct control, including Google algorithm updates, competitor activity, and changes to third-party platforms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

What we do guarantee is that we will apply every effort, tactic, and strategy within our expertise on your behalf. Our track record reflects that commitment, but past results do not guarantee future outcomes in any specific market.

One Client Per Market

Glovebox Marketing maintains a strict policy of representing only one auto repair shop per geographic market. Once we enter into a service agreement with a client, we will not onboard a direct competitor in the same market for the duration of that agreement.

Market boundaries are defined by mutual agreement at the start of the engagement and documented in your service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

To allow us to perform our work effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Grant necessary access to Google Business Profile, website, and analytics accounts as required
• Respond to reasonable requests for information or approval within a timely manner
• Not engage other SEO providers for conflicting work on the same assets without prior discussion
• Notify us promptly of any significant changes to the business, location, or services offered

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. In general:

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• There are no setup fees
• There are no long-term contracts — services are month to month
• Invoices are due within 7 days of the billing date unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is current

Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Notice can be provided by email to hello@gloveboxmarketing.com. Work will continue through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Upon cancellation, all assets created during the engagement that live on your own domain or accounts remain yours. Assets hosted on third-party domains or servers controlled by Glovebox Marketing will be handled per the terms of your service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Content created specifically for your website, including written copy, service pages, and blog posts, becomes your property upon full payment. Strategic frameworks, templates, and proprietary systems developed by Glovebox Marketing remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for use during the engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not share details of your strategy, rankings, or business performance with any third party, including other clients, without your explicit written consent.

We may reference that we work with your shop in a general sense (for example, in a case study with your permission) but will not disclose specific metrics or strategies without approval.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glovebox Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of rankings, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
• Scrape or reproduce site content without permission

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Glovebox Marketing operates, and both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing legal action.
